With the Brexit deadline fast approaching and the assumption that there will be a hard Brexit resulting in the WTO trade terms coming in to affect, we have decided to issue a statement to address any potential concerns from our customers regarding order fulfilment.
EDAC (Europe) Ltd is committed to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We will continue to monitor the progress of Brexit and will update our internal processes as necessary to ensure any delivery delays, to our customers, are kept to a minimum.
The vast majority of our supply chain is based in non-EU countries so we are not expecting any significant changes to the lead times or fulfilment of stock from those suppliers. For those suppliers based within the EU we will review our stock holding to help manage customer lead times. We shall put procedures in place to handle any new import/export requirements introduced, to ensure disruption to our stock flow is avoided where possible.
We shall continue to monitor the situation and strive to keep any disruption to a minimum.
